And what the difference between the DSO4102C and DSO5102P (excluded waveform generator, I know about it),
what the best choose (features, hardware, software and noise)?

The DSO4102C and DSO4102S are the same.
The DSO4102C and DSO5102P are the same except waveform generator.
DSO5102P is relatively mature.
