Hantek 6074BC EEprom problem

I need help with oscilloscope6074be which seems to have corrupted eeprom (24LC64) connected to the microcontroller. No longer recognizes USB. can anybody help me ?

Yes it does not recognize as hantek 6000b

Good friend, the problem was in the flash 24lc64 even corrupted, I read another from another 6074be and the flash was different, I just copied to my flash and went back to work
