Hello how can i let my DSO repair?

I think one input is whrong. Input one has a different value than channel two, and also the meter input is not accurate anymore.
I only have 100x probes, and i use te DSO to 230vAC to measure, i think the input chip is blown.

Sir, please try to contact your seller to repair it.

The seller [sureelectronics] does not respond (for a year/7 different mails/@contacts forms).

So what is plan B to repair my DSO? Is there any repair shop in europe, or do i have to send it to Hantek china?
(please give me name and adress so i can send/contact a hantek servicepoint)

I am gettng worried. I send my DSO as you requested, i got a comfirmation that the DSO has arrived at your servicecenter.
What is the status of my repair after 4 months of communicating? do you have a track and trace number?
