Hantek support story - Follow-up: DSO 8060 smells like dead electronics

Since i did not have time to dabble with electronics at that time, i waited fixing it. A month ago i tried fixing it with the components Hantek told me to try and replace, and it booted, but the keyboard did not work   Emailed Hantek again (1 year after my first message!) and they offered to repair it for free, even though they knew it was me who broke it in the first place. I only had to pay for shipping.

I got the circuits back last week, and i just assembled everything back today. It works!

This is not an advertisement for Hantek, just a story about good customer support.
