DSO3000A SW broken

Hello,

I just bought a DSO3254A.  I can install all software on windows 10 notbook and it all works.

But on windows 7 desktop it woes not work. I installed Keysight IO 17.3, and DSO300A software (1.0.0.3).

When is starts up it says "Verifying connected instruments ..." and is stuck there - never finishes.

In Keysight IO Connection Expert I can see that the DSO is online and available.

I have tried both, USB and LAN, same problem.

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Thank you for the update Amy. Unfortunately it did not fix my problem. The software still hangs when I try to startup ...

I tried the update 3 times, and also rebooted the PC inbetween ...
Any other suggestions ?

Sir, open the device and connect to PC.
Please upload the screenshot of the software and Keysight IO Connection Expert, and a picture of the indicator light.

Hello,

please find attached the images.

This is with LAN connection. USB connectin alos does not work.

On my windows 10 notebook, both works ...

Please click "Send Commands To This Instrument" and enter the next interface. Input "*IDN?". Click "Send & Read" and give us a screenshot to study.

And give us a picture of the indicator light.

Insert the USB to other interfaces of your desktop computer to try.
And use the USB interfaces on the back of the computer.
