My 6022BE indicates a frequency of 106 hz when measuring a known 60 hz signal.  What could be the problem?

Please measure the probe compensation signal (1KHz/2V, square) and give me a screenshot to study.

Amy,

I connected to a different laptop to get you a picture and now the frequency reading is correct.  Have to see what might be the problem with the other laptop. You might notice the high frequency/low voltage noise on the signal.  Not sure how to get rid of that. Now I have to figure out how to attach the screen photo you asked for.

Sir, please give me a video about measuring your 60Hz signal. And do you have another scope to measure comparatively?
