Dir sir,
In the second picture, the display dots is 4000, but the minor window displays the points that the data from major window be magnified 100 times. So you can see the points.
In the first picture, the display dots is 800, thay are very dense. So you can't see the points.

Instructions:
Display dots: Please click “Utility->System status” to check the display dots;
The quantity of the display screen grids is 20(permanent).


In your first picture, the display dots are 800, there are 20 grids. So there are 40 dots in every grid.



You can set the Volt/Div to 50mV to see the dots clearly.







In double window mode, in the major window, the display dots are 3200. There are 20 grids. There are 160 dots in every grid of the major window.
The minor window displays the dots that the data from major window be magnified 100 times.
So there are about 1.6 dots in every grid of the minor window.

The dots and vectors are waveform display forms just.
The dots type displays the sampling dots.
The vectors type draws waveform via connecting two dots.
