The difference of transmission rate between USB and Ethernet is very small.
That depends on the sampling rate.
The sampling rate =100/time base.
When you open 4 channels, the max. sampling rate of each channel is 250MSa/s.
The theoretical time of each acquisition=memory depth/sampling rate.
Please set appropriate basetime.
