HANTEK PSO2020 - fraud or mistake

Many consumers buying the USB oscilloscope PSO2020 faced with the problem - the declared 96MSa sampling frequency is missing.
HANTEK support refuses to answer how to get 96 MSa.
It's seems like cheating. What are the opinions?

When the base time is 1ns or 2ns, the sample rate is 96MSa/s.

Dear sir, let's start with the fact that in the manual and on the box no written that 96Msa/s working only on 1ns or 2ns. Written is clearly: "96MSa/s Real sample rate".
No clarifications or notes. I'm not a mind reader. If is written 96MSa/a - I want to receive what is promised. I payed for 96MSa/s but not for 48MSa/s.

The manual writes that the Max.sample rate is 96MSa/s. Please check again.

In the manual just written "Max. sample rate 96MSa/s"
