2.1.3 Trigger Controls

Trigger Level (LEVEL)
It sets the amplitude level the signal must cross to cause an acquisition when using the Edge or Pulse Width trigger. Push the knob to reset the trigger level to zero point.

TRIG MENU
Push this button to display trigger menu. This oscilloscope provides various trigger types. The edge trigger is in common use.
SET TO 50%
The trigger level is set to the vertical midpoint between the peaks of the trigger signal.
FORCE TRIG
Used to complete an acquisition regardless of an adequate trigger signal.

2.1.5 Function Menu


SAVE/RECALL
Press the SAVE/RECALL key to save or recall oscilloscope setups or waveforms. The oscilloscope will save the current settings if you wait 5 seconds after the last modification, and it will recall these settings the next time you power on the oscilloscope.

MEASURE
Press this key to open the measurement setting menu. You can set the measurement source and type.
ACQUIRE
Press this key to enter the sample setting menu to set the acquisition mode and memory depth of the oscilloscope.
UTILITY
Press this key to enter the system function setting menu to display the data like system information and status, set the system-related functions or parameters, such as time setting, color, sound and language. Besides, some advanced functions (such as pass/fail test, waveform record) are also supported.
CURSOR
Press this key to enter cursor measurement menu. The oscilloscope provides time, voltage, and track cursor modes.
DISPLAY
Press this key to enter display setting menu to set the display type, persistence time, DSO mode, contrast, grid type, grid brightness, refresh rate, and wave intensity.

2.2.1 Knob & Keys

Multi-function knob. Under different menu options, it supports selecting menu options (MEASURE), moving cursors and levels (Slope Trigger).
Press this knob to reset data (trigger holdoff, overtime of the overtime trigger and slope trigger), select menu options and so on.

2.1.4 Fast Action Keys
AUTOSET
When you press this key, the oscilloscope will automatically adjust the vertical scale, horizontal time base and trigger mode according to the input signal to realize optimum waveform display.
SINGLE SEQ
Press this key to set the trigger mode to “Single”. Acquire a single waveform and then stop the acquisition.
RUN/STOP
To set the state of the oscilloscope to “RUN” or “STOP”. In “RUN” state, the oscilloscope acquire waveform continuously. In “STOP” state, the oscilloscope stop waveform acquisition.

HELP
Display the help menu. The help system of this oscilloscope provides instructions for all the function keys at the front panel.
DEFAULT SETUP
Recall the factory setup. The following settings do not change when you push the DEFAULT SETUP key.

? Saved Settings
? Saved Reference Waveforms
? Display Contrast
? Calibration Data
SAVE TO USB
Save all displays on the screen to a USB memory stick.
