Hi, I've installed the driver and the result in Computers management console is HANTEK6022BL DRIVER 2
But if I try to use the instrument, the bottom left status bar still show "Searching device..."
USB black connector is plugged and H/P switch is pusched.
SW Version is 1.0.5
OS Windows 10 64bit
I had the same problems (Uknown device in Windows 10 64). Solution was to unplug device from PC, press button at the back and plug-in the device again.
I'm back in problems after reboot. When it had run successfully, driver name was Hantek6022BL DRIVER 2, shown in Device manager. After reboot, Driver Manager shows Hantek6022BL DRIVER 1, with warning that driver is not signed.
