Dear Madam or Sir!
My name is Alexander Direkov and I have purchased the following Hantek product:
    2 Chanel Digital Storage Osciloscope 100 MHz
    Model: DSO5102P
    Serial Nr: T 1G/036 003554
    Expired warranty conditions.
Unfortunately, the device is not  working properly.
When it is switched on, first it displays the  Hantek logo, and then this  message is output:

  l   Please insert the USB device with update      l
  l   file witch can be obtained from the suppl      l
  l   ier                                                                           l
  l                                                                                   l
  l   Warning, DO NOT turn off the power during l
  l   firmware update is running                               l
  --------------------------------------------------------------
I tried to start   dso5kp_func_dso5102p20140208.up file (from Hantek.ru) from an USB Flash Drive (FAT32, only this file is written on it) but the LED of the FLash Drive blinks for about 2-3seconds and then it is continuously "on" but there is no effect. Then I started another file dso5kp_func_dso5202p20150906.up (from Hantek.com.cn) but it was also unsuccessfully.


I connected the DSO by USB to a laptop ( Windows 10 ) using Hantek software: although there are no errors in the laptop Device manager, the Hantek software reports that there is no connection.
I would like to receive from you the system update file, mentioned in the above error message. If this is not possible, please send me the address of Hantek service in the USA. If there is no such service, please send me an offer to repair the device in your Chinese office and the way of payment.

  2. Control Panel.jpg - Status of other indicators on DSO.
  3. Serial number.jpg - Serial Nr on the back side of DSO.
  4. Digital Scope.jpg - Hantek software when DSO connected to laptop.
  5. Device manager.jpg - laptop Device manager when DSO connected by USB cable.
  6. Hantek form.doc - data form of Hantek service department in China.,

Please update firmware for the device. We send the firmware to your email.

And send us created app_run folder to study and we will try to give the solution. Thanks.

I also have exactly the same fault on my DSO5102p. I tried to fix it by firmware update but it will not update firmware from a usb stick with the dso5kp_func_dso5102p20160919.up on it. Ser No T 1G/036 003506. Please advise.  J
