DSO4072C Trigger Menu problem

When trigger menu called up on right side of the screen, F1 supposed to switch "Trigger Type" sub-menu options:
                   Edge-> Video-> Pulse-> Slope-> O. T .-> Alter
           But DSO does not respond on F1 after it's reached "Pulse" - submenu "Trigger Type" simply "hang-up".
           What can I do to resolve an issue?

I followed this section of the manual for DSO4000C,

"3.2.1 Power on the oscilloscope
Plug in the oscilloscope and press the ON/OFF button. Then push the “UTILITY ->F6 ->F6 ->
F6->DEFAULT” button."


There is NO default button. UTILITY menu has 3 pages, here is a sequence:


Press UTILITY -> (page 1/3)   

Press F6 -> (page 2/3)
Press F6-> (page 3/3)

Press F6 -> (page 2/3)

As you can see, 3-rd time you press F6 it returning to previous page 2/3 !!!!
