Hi,

I'm having problems with windows 10.
I have tried 2 different windows 10 computers and i get the error "please check the osciloscope whether already connected" with both computers.
I can use a very old and slow computer running windows 7. This does work, however the computer is very slow.

How can i fix this?

I did download drivers for USB for Win10 but no instructions were supplied regarding driver installation. I did try to have windows install the driver for Win10-64bit but the install encountered an error regarding digital signature, error code 52. Can you provide more specific instructions for Win10?

I have DSO5102P.

Apparently, you have a digital signature issue with your software that Windows does not like. What is your fix for this?

One Feature that would be good is a trigger on a signal say channel 1 and then delay the trigger to Channel 2 to see the signal on channel 1 at higher resolution.

Complete Success with the procedure although there were a few differences in actual screens displayed during the delete driver process. These were of no real issue for me.

And I discovered "F7" function which is exactly the delayed sweep function I was requesting you to provide. Well Done. I will search documentation for it, hopefully it is there.
