I just got the 6022BL and wasted 5 hours today trying to make the driver work without success. I'm also on Windows 10 64, latest version and latest patches. I found out that the driver is not certified and Windows will not install non certified drivers anymore. There supposed to be a workaround in the advanced boot options, but I still run into endless problems. This will make the device unusable
Could you please provide a solution to your customers wit more recent operating systems as Win 7? The solution you provided in the PDF above does not apply to Windows 10.
Thanks

Sir, we have test all of our drivers, they can work on win10.
Please view the video: http://www.iqiy ...

Thanks Amy, I followed that procedure but Windows is not accepting the driver anymore because it is not verified. I'm running Windows 10 Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.296) and the video does not show the driver install with that version.
If many users write you about the same issue then there is certainly an issue...
How many days do you expect we should wait to get the new driver?
Thanks

The version number of the system can not be exactly the same。
Please wait for about twenty days.

Hi, is the new driver available? If not, by when do you expect we will be able to download it?
Thanks again.

Please use the following driver to update.

Amy,

Unfortunately I still find issues with this driver if I try to install it with the standard Secure Boot option enabled in the UEFI frimware settings. It only installs with that disabled and that isn't really an option.
The following PDF document describes the steps I have taken and has several screenshots that might be helpful to solve the issue.

Thanks and regards

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have provided the requested screenshots in the attached PDF file. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me to get the drivers installed with the secure boot option enabled.
