Hantek DSO8202E doesn't work

Dear Hantek

I have this problem with your product DSO8202E
code DSO1804097.

Used only for 3 or 4 times.
Then stopped for a few months.

Battery is OK.
Charger is OK.

When I push the Power key:

Backlight go on for some seconds.
Key lights come on:
  Power key
  Autorange
  Autoset
  Run/Stop

The QR Code appears,
Appears the welcome screen.
Autoset key turns off.
Autorange key go off.

The display go off.

After a few seconds is listening two beeps.
It's possible only  shut down the scope.

No other is possible.

I also tried a restore to factory configuration, it did not work.

I turn on the oscilloscope, when the qr code appears I turn it off.
I turn the oscilloscope back on.

The menu appears:
  "Sistem is not shut down properly last time, please select the start-up mode.
  Press F1 to reboot the system
  Press F2 to recover the system
  Press F3 to update the recover partition
  Press F4 to back the system(For developers)"

None of the choices work."

The words appear:
  "Operation Failed"

I kindly ask if you have any suggestions.

Could you try to repair it by yourself?  If it is ok, we can provide program tool for you.
