Regarding firmware upgrade

Hello ,

I am using a Hantek4032L Logic analyzer, Which has an external trigger is not working. Also when saving the file ACLK or BCLK is not saved in the file.

So can you please help me with this?
I am attaching the serial number image for your reference.

Hi As I told you in my Hantek I am not able to use external trigger.
As well Device will stuck/Hang , Not able to see correct waveforms.
