Hello,

I got my new Hantek HDP135V6S today. Connected it to 230V, switched it on on the backside and started some settings.

After setting M1 to 14V / 5A I connected a load.
When I switched the lower button to on the display changed to 6,72V. When switching to off it goes back to 14V.
A checked the voltage with a voltagemeter. It shows 14,48V when the display of the Hantek shows only 6,72V?!
I tried it with the M2, set it to 12V / 5A. Its the same, the output voltage is 12,48V, the display shows 6,72V.
The OVP is set to 24V, the OCP to 6A.
The online PDF dont get me any help with this...

Regards

-even when there is no load connected the display changes to 6,72V when I turn on the output
-the power supply is always in CV mode, I didn't get it to CC mode at any time
