I had issue with voltage on my HDP180V8S. For example, if following settings are set:

Voltage and current settings = 20.00V 3.200A
under load, after pressing On/Off button, the voltage display drops to = 0V. the current shows 3.2A. and the power supply is not working.
I decided to pull out the PCB with display from the power supply. It seems that the element (I pressume it is diode) between "+" and "-" got fried. Do you know exactly what kind of element is it and its denomination?
