Hantek DSO4254C freezes at splash screen with QR during boot

Hello,

please help,

my DSO4254C, serial number CN2216002008128, freezes at splash screen with QR code during boot.

On press F2 it writes pogress dots and after some time "failed", on F3 (with plugged USB stick 16G , FAT32 + the file "recover_burn_dso4kb_191030.up" downloaded from somewhere on this forum) it writes ?System is updating…“ and then shows splash screen with QR code and freezes again. This recovery file is probably for a different model. I found several similar threads on this forum with links to other recovery files, but the links are all time-expired.
