I bougth a TO1112C (S/N: CN2241076000987)oscilloscope about 1 month a go. From the first day i have a self-discharce of the batteries, i tryied with 4 new Panasonic (3.4Ah) batteries but no change at all. My problem mentioned to Hantek also to Aliexpress( Meterk) , but no one really cares to help to find a solution. The oscilloscope has a hardware problem. Please tell me, where is the warranty of your products?I have a useless instrument in my hanfs and waiting for a respossible response fro you. May I ask what's wrong with your machine?

With full charged batteries and the oscilloscope to OFF condition next morning the batteries are discharged. I tried with good quality(Panasonic green,3400mAh) but nothing change, sef discharged again, this is no batteries problem but 100% machine's hardware problem. I already mention-describe the problem(5-6) times, so please don't ask me again to describe it. Thanks.

If it is a firmware problem please fix it. I heard this and other problems from a collegue to the univercity and deeply dissapointed, so he deside to go to Rigol oscilloscope, if you think this is good for you, then i don't have to say anything more, thanks again!!!!!!

I think you should find a way to return it and purchase the latest 12bit oscilloscope from Puyuan. Why do I say that? Because I also bought a 1112, but I am very disappointed. It is a repaired product and the waveform noise is very loud. The staff has always emphasized that there is no problem. I have OCD and I would not want this kind of defective product.
