This would be very nice if you can help me with my problem.
My oscilloscope is very useful and I am extremely satisfied with it. Unfortunately, after a long period without use, I started the device with the external power supply. At this time, the menus were in Chinese, and I wanted to pass to english, closer to my language (french). But the menu did not respond at all.
I tried to switch on and off, and nothing happened. I started with the F1 key on, and the device is now in a strange mode. (firmware, I guess)
How can I go back to the working mode? I have no PC (Mac device...) and I am in trouble...
what is the way to get out of this problem?
