Customer Consultation:
The Channel 4 is not working as it should. It behaves like it is probing infinite positive DC voltage. The line Goes all the way up out of range of sight. I tried restarting, unplugging the probe, recalling default setting, changing probe none of these helped. Aslo when i first recived the scope it worked but im unable to tell when excatly it started to malfunction as Just one day i needed all four Channels and noticed this when i enabled Channel 4 Aslo if i set coupling to ground it actually the line Goes to GND but then im not able to do any measurements.
