I bought the DSO3000A series and am using it. I have a Win10 laptop and a Win11 laptop. The win10 laptop works fine, but the win11 laptop does not seem to recognize the usb driver in the "Keysight Connection Expert" program. Please tell me how to use Windows 11 laptop.
Download and install the latest version of Keysight IO Libraries. The earlier versions do not work properly with Windows 11. I had the same problem with both a DSO3254 and a DSO3254a on my Dell Precision 5560 laptop. The new IO libraries fixed it.
