I am the owner of the DPO6104C Oscilloscope but I have a problem with the Keysight Connection Expert application.
After installing the libraries and all the necessary drivers, it does not detect the oscilloscope after connecting USB->PC. The oscilloscope shows that there is a USB connection, but nothing happens on the PC. I have windows 11 is this a problem? In the system log it shows me a problem when I connect/disconnect the USB cable: Iproc389: Failed to find/load Ingot library.Iproc389: Failed to find/load Ingot library.
Please help!
