DSO 3202A software,driver, zero calibaration

I have 3202A
Software version is 1.0.12
Installation is only in chinese.
Is there a newer version of software and driver with english ?

I have a problem with zero calibation. I start calibration and it just hangs forever in this status:

OS is Windows 10

Please remove all signal, and warm up for thirty minutes. Then do self calibration.
