Customer consultation

I have recently purchased the above oscilloscope, I have tried updating the firmware but it does not seem to recognise the USB ?
I am connecting to the USB B connection using a USB stick with the firmware downloaded from your website but does not recognise the USB – please assist.

hello, what program to view the saved waveforms?

Dear Sir,
Are you a TO1000 series machine? You can view the saved waveform in file browsing on the main interface, click the saved waveform, and the waveform will be displayed on the oscilloscope interface.
