Customer consultation

I have recently purchased the above oscilloscope, I have tried updating the firmware but it does not seem to recognise the USB ?
I am connecting to the USB B connection using a USB stick with the firmware downloaded from your website but does not recognise the USB – please assist.

You can visit the following link to see the format requirements of the USB flash drive.

If your USB disk meets the requirements, please provide relevant videos about your problem for our better reference.

Dear Sir,
Are you a TO1000 series machine? You can view the saved waveform in file browsing on the main interface, click the saved waveform, and the waveform will be displayed on the oscilloscope interface.
