Hi,

I have a problem with my DSO4254C.
The display is like first photo. I want to set it like in normal photo. How can I do this?

Hi Jing, I contacted the store, the supplier thinks that an integrated circuit is defective, but cannot send it even though the oscilloscope is under warranty. I would buy it but I am not sure that it is new and original (Texas Instruments). What can I do now?
