Hello, I purchased a Hatek DSO2D15 from “Instruments and Meters Trading Company” store on Amazon.com. The unit arrived without the power cord identified on the product pages pictures and reviews as it arrived with a European style 220 AC Volt 50 HZ power cord instead of a 120 volt AC power chord . There isn’t even and adapterfor it. The seller’s technical support gave me permission to use a 3rd party power chord which they have ntot agreed to remimburse me on insisting hat the nit will work just fine and there will be no problem. I just want to check with Hantek that using a using a third party power supply will not void the warranty on the instrument and as a manufacturer you see nothing odd with this. Ust to note I live in the united states and plan to use only 120V AC with the unit.

Also note, no printed user manual was included with the unit which im not sure if that is standard.

Thank, I would highly value your opinion,
Jonathan Edelman

Dear Sir,

Using a third party power supply will not void the warranty on the instrument.

Thanks.
