Hello, due to a small accident, I need to change the front part of an DSO2D10 oscilloscope, which has been bought aproximately 1.5 years ago. Is there any possibility for me to buy that front part directly from Hantek company? Could you please tell me, how much money (approximately) do I need to pay for the frontal part and for the shipping. Thank you in advance for your response.

Dear Sir,
Do you want to replace the front panel of the machine? Please provide relevant pictures. And provide the serial number of the machine, on the back shell of the machine.

Hello, yes indeed, I would like to replace the front panel of the oscilloscope. I will try to add here more relevant pictures. As you can see in the pictures, the plastic is a little bit melted around the power button. The oscilloscope is fully functional, despite this minor damage, but it is a little bit visually annoying. If more other details are necessary, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
