Hantek ds05012P become very insensitive to probe input

Hi

I have used this scope for around a year and it is great.

Unfortunately today I used it and the probes mostly not responding to inputs at all. With the probe test signal, I only just see the signal at max sensitivity. When I try to recallibrate it stops at 2 of xx)


My scopes details are shown in the attached photo.

Please can you send me a firmware update to fix this issue and get the scope working again.
