Hantek 2D72 problems

I have the same issue. Attached is a picture of the display. The Scope and AWG functions work fine. It is just the DMM has no value displayed, even 0. I have updated the firmware and the problem persists. I am willing to replace components if it is a hardware issue. I could not find any user replaceable fuses.

I checked the crystal and it is definitely not operating correctly. Attached is an image of measuring it with another scope. I also couldn't detect any voltage across C46.

I'm at a loss here. Not sure what components to replace. It definitely seems like some components that manage these oscillations have failed and need to be replaced. Without making a detailed schematic breakdown and modelling, I'm not sure which ones.

@Jing  replaced the crystal with a 4MHz 18pF one and am still experiencing the issue. I borrowed another multimeter and measured the two outer terminals of position 1 on the transformer in your earlier image and there was 0V across them. Why would a transformer be fed 3.5V DC voltage?
