Customer consultation

I have a Hantek2D72 and was having a problem with it. After turning the device on there is no displayed measurement value on the screen, the only thing that is displayed is the connection diagram and the measurement type. i have updated the firmware on it and this did not fix the problem. any help is would be appreciated.

I borrowed another multimeter and measured the two outer terminals of position: People’s Choice Awards 2024 Lainey Wilson Fringe Leather Jacket

@Jing  replaced the crystal with a 4MHz 18pF one and am still experiencing the issue. I borrowed another multimeter and measured the two outer terminals of position 1 on the transformer in your earlier image and there was 0V across them. Why would a transformer be fed 3.5V DC voltage?

Dear Sir,
Would you like to replace 4M crystal oscillator? Is there a multimeter that can test the above mark 1 and 2?

I'm at a loss here. Not sure what components to replace. It definitely seems like some components that manage these oscillations have failed and need to be replaced. Without making a detailed schematic breakdown and modelling, I'm not sure which ones.

This is the measured value on the transformer side you labelled 2

Test again for 1,2 in the figure below. 1 is DC voltage, 2 is AC voltage, see if this transformer has 3.5V.

I checked the crystal and it is definitely not operating correctly. Attached is an image of measuring it with another scope. I also couldn't detect any voltage across C46.
