Problems during first use with the Hantek 6022BL

Hi, bought your digital Oscilloscope, the Hantek 6022BL, last wednesday and to my positive surprise it came allready today

But I have some problems during the first use, because setup and drivers are succesfully installed, i also see the device in the device manager, but I am not able to get a picture in the tool when i wanted to test it.

Hope you can help me to fix this issue!

What do you mean you can't get pictures? Where is the picture? If possible, please provide relevant pictures or videos for our better reference.
