I purchased a DOS3064 from Hantek years ago. First time needing to use the unit. It doesn’t seem to be powering on. I installed the software to my PC, not registering new hardware when USB cable plugged in as per the user manual online at www.hantek.com . I have only the power cord adapter and USB plug installed in unit, I have no lights on and no communication, discoverability, or reaction from the unit. What are my next steps?
