4084C recover fails. Need recovery partition file.

Hello!

4084C does not boot (stuck at logo screen).
I tried using F2 for recovery, but recovery end with "Operation failed".
Please, give me the recovery file so i can try F3 (update recovery parition) and try F2 again.

Thank you. It worked.
However, F3 did not work easily. Got "operation failed" several time. Need to insert USB stick AFTER i see the menu and then try pressing F3 several times until it works.
Device is now working.
