DSO2D15 problem screen

Здравствуйте!

Имею осциллограф dso2d15, столкнулся с проблемой экрана, CH1 и CH2 одинакового цвета! (зеленый)

Обращался к продавцу, месяц он мне морочил голову результата ноль!

Что я делал. Зашел в тест экрана, при отображении цветов я не увимдел красный цвет, сделал вывод что у меня неисправный экран.


Что мне делать ?
