Hantek won't give my oscilloscope back

I sent my oscilloscope to Hantek over a year ago for repairs. I've sent them hunderds of messages and they still won't send it back.

How can I get my oscilloscope back?

How can Hantek just keep my oscilloscope and not send it back.

Do they think I will ever buy another Hantek product?
