Customer Consultation:

Hello,
Specifications of my device are:
200 MHz bandwith, built in function generator.
The device is over 3 years old. Since yesterday the system does not boot anymore.
At startup I get a screen like this:
file:///C:/Users/Tina/AppData/Roaming/Foxmail7/Temp-12340-20230116074704/Attach/X6svNm7naedWF40V(01-16-08-23-03).png
I tried options F1, F2 and F3 several times without success.
I also managed to open the Oscilloscope and connect my PC to the serial interface (at 115200 kbaud 8n1).
I added the startup log to this email that I get at startup over the serial interface on my PC.
Is it possible to get the latest recover*.up recovery file from you ?
I also downloaded the latest firmware from your website (dso4kb_20211207.upk).
Is it possible to install/flash this firmware over the serial interface ? - If yes, please tell me how to do this.
I can connect to my USB Stick through the serial Interface when the USB stick is inserted in the oscilloscope.
I also have a litte bit of knowledge in using the linux console.
Thanks in advance your your help.
