i purchased the Handheld Scope TO1112D on 12th of January from TomTop.
After unpacking the device i tried to start it, the batteries were empty.

1. I tried to charge it with the original power supply with no success.
I found out that the USB-C cable is defective. Sad.

2. The second problem is that it is impossible to register the product
on your internet site.

3. One of the firmware problems is that i can`t delete images in the
file browser. The delete and the rename button in the Image menu is not
visible. In all other sub menus both buttons are there.

Is there any firmware solution for this problem?

How did you test and find that the USB cable is broken? Can the machine be charged after you replace the USB cable?

Open the picture in the file browse, the picture is equivalent to entering the picture, click the open picture, will come out of the delete key. It is not possible to delete an image in the file browse. After you click the image, the image will open directly. So the delete key is not placed in the file view image.

Мой DSO4254C с серийным номером CN2042002006016 зависает на стартовом экране.
Здравствуйте,
Я пытаюсь восстановить осциллограф DSO4254C. Он завис (на экране QR-код).
Вариант F3 с прошивкой "dso4kb_20211207.upk" (скачанной с сайта Hantek) завершается с ошибкой с сообщением "Операция не удалась!".
Серийный номер:  CN2042002006016
Не могли бы вы выбрать файл восстановления для этого устройства, пожалуйста.
