DSO4102C stuck on QR code boot

Hello, i have a problem with my osciloscope DSO4102C serial number- T1G/049007408.
It gets stuck in boot, i already tried to restore but it stayed the same.
can you please help me?

I already tried this method without success, the oscilloscope stays the same.
i need the files to recover the boot.
