DSO4102C stuck on QR code boot

Hello, i have a problem with my osciloscope DSO4102C serial number- T1G/049007408.
It gets stuck in boot, i already tried to restore but it stayed the same.
can you please help me?

My Oscyloscope DSO4102C have s/n: T1G/049004303, but I have isue that message screen with F keys don't show, the scope freeze on splash screen with Hantek logo.
