Hello

I have just purchased a Hantek DSO2C15 oscilloscope and it is frozen.

Is there anything I can do?

Can the machine be turned on normally? After pressing the power button, does the button not work directly? Is the light on the button? Is there a waveform after the channel is connected to the 1KHz terminal?
