My brand new Hantek DS02D10 front panel control knobs are not working (all of them). Everything else seems to be working (push buttons too.). I am contemplating returning this unit back to the store. What is your recommendation?

After pressing the power button, does the button not work directly? Is the light on the button? Is there a waveform after the channel is connected to the 1KHz terminal?
The power button works. The light is on. There is a waveform after
the channel is connected to the 1KHz terminal.
The twist control knobs are not working (all of them). Everything
else seems to be working.
Turning the system off an back on does not work. This is a brand
new unit and it was working perfectly for about 20 hours. Now the
control dials don't do anything. Could this be fixed with a
factory reset? Is there a way to do a factory reset?
