Customer service,

We have an HT824 Process Calibrator that we have checked and is out of calibration.  I’ve attached the datasheet for reference.  Can you help me with the process of calibrating or exchanging it since it is still under warranty?

HT824 - Process Calibrator
Serial Number HT160100316

Dear Sir,

Greeting from Hantek.

We can give you free calibration, but you need to pay for the round-trip postage and customs fees.
The procedure for calibration is provided in the manual, or you can perform the calibration yourself.
I will send you the calibration manual.

Have a nice day.

Thank you for the calibration manual.  It is very helpful.  Stepping through the process works very well until I get to the following:

○ Press ENTER and CAL_DOWN keys at the same time to make the monitor display "SCAL" - millivolt output full-scale calibration.
○ If the value displayed on the monitor does not match the reading of the standard meter (-10.000mV), press the direction down key (the reading of the standard table will become smaller) and press the direction up arrow key (the reading of the standard table will become larger). Adjust until the two are equal.

The source reading on the Hantek is -10.000mV SCAL and my monitor -10.136.  When I press the up arrow the reading doesn’t change, but pressing the down arrow causes it to go in the wrong direction.   It changes from      -10.136, -10.157, -10,162….  Do you have any suggestions?

Dear Sir,

Greeting from Hantek.

Is it possible that the up arrow is broken, or you are advised to operate several times.

Have a nice day.
