1008c and ht25 not working correctly

I bought these a few months ago and have finally got around to using them. I cannot get the secondary single to stay triggered. My settings are Trigger is on auto, Horizonal is at 1 mil Second, Vertical is at 1 KV and the other setting under vertical is X10000. I have tried moving the trigger on the right side up and down, it has helped but not fix the issue. It will give me a triggered label in the top left side of the screen but it will give jumping from auto to trig'd

I can't believe that somebody from Hantek doesn't have some ideas what might be wrong. I did try the internal signal generator test points on the 1008C box and get a sawtooth signal with the HT25 test probe and a nice square wave signal with one of the test leads supplied with my 1008c kit. I'm assuming that the sawtooth signal is coming from the probe compensation for high voltages from secondary ignition. I would like to atleast here from someone on how their setup worked so I can compare it to mine.

Does hantek have a US phone number for Tech Support? The only numbers I see on the website for Tech Support appears to be for China.

Tried something today different. I have a vehicle with a distributor ignition system that has a single coil. I connected the HT25 to the coil wire between the coil and the distributor and I got a good triggered signal. Can't tell which peak is which cylinder but I have a triggered signal. But still no good signal on a sparkplug wire. Maybe this will help you help me if we cannot get the video loaded.
