Software upgrade gone wrong

Hi, i have a Hantek 2D82Auto and want to upgrade thefirmware. I have done all carefully attended to the manual.

But when I start theupgrade the programm keeps by 0% for over 20 minutes then I noticed that thprogram was freezed and the only option was to quitt DfuSw.

Now the 2D82 doesent react to anything. I?m not in able to startor goes in DFU mode.

Windows camt find it when it will be pluged in. Only thePower On buttom give lights up when usb is plugged.

Is nobody here to give any support? I have even wrote a mail to the hantek support and got only a standard mail reply?

Knows anyone more about the this yt video ?
