2D42 : firmware upgrade to 2021090901 -> scope does not work

Hi,
I’ve just updated my Handtek 2D42 device to firmware 2021090901 and the scope is not functioning correctly anymore. When I set Channel 1 to 1V/div DC coupling and I plug to a 3.6V DC signal I see a negative value which does not correspond to my signal.
I’ve tried to trigger on a signal with the same settings as before upgrading and it does not work anymore

I’ve seen on the forums that people have had strange behavior after upgrading …. Any known issue with this firmware ?
My PCB version is 100000000001 FPGA V02

Hi,
since I've got no reply to far, I'm wondering how to get access to previous firmware versions so that I can roll-back . So far I've not been able to find an archive repository ... Anyone knows where to find this ?

I have a firmware, HTX2020070701.dfu, for 2D72. It may or may not work for your 2D42. but I haven't seen any different firmware/software for different 2000 series scope meter.

Just not sure how to share it.
