I got this link before but still have problem even follow with attached document.

I'm just found the cause of problem after tried to restart computer. It showed the message "A driver cannot load on this decive" as  picture. After learn more this issue then found the solution by turn off the memory integruty in Core isolation window then driver can load work properly. However, this way seem not right solution due to malware attacks protection.
